Have the oven on for baked oats. Never had them before but have been advised they're like eating dessert from breakfast which is definitely something I can get on board with. So AH, what are ye eatin'?

Just coffee so far.... finished y'days toasted cheese sandwich at silly o'clock.. really is too hot for food.. although the three and maybe 4, ripe strawberries out there need attention of the gastronomic kind

Home alone, so didn't fancy cooking much just for one. Sauté potatoes and onions with three fried eggs. The potatoes are from the garden and very flavoursome.
I'll pick a bowl of strawberries now for dessert.

Chips and a double cheese burger for me, chipper was the takeaway of choice of the teenager who is 18 today. A glass of Sauvignon Blanc on the side. Feeling a bit emosh wondering where the years go.

Needed to use up veg, a ratatouille with aubergine, onion, yellow pepper, courgette. Passata, onion powder, garlic, cumin, chilli flakes, ginger and coriander. Beautiful stuff.
