You OK? Although of course I have never heard of half of what you list ;)

Yep grand. Just fell out of good habits when away and not really getting back into them!

Lunch was brown pasta with fresh herbs and some extra virgin olive oil.

I think my tomato plant overheated in the greenhouse and is all wilted. I'd hate to loose it. It's a thing of beauty!

Stand the whole pot in a deep dish of water... rarely fails..they can take up from the roots.

Sitting in a cool bar with a pint of coke waiting for my fillet steak to arrive.
After that I’m thinking of cheesecake followed by a pint bottle of cider with a pint glass of ice.
Even better the missus has taken the kids off to the beach to let me eat (and ogle) in peace and quiet.

A real treat for me tonight with minimal cooking.Lentil and chickpea curry from the freezer And Vegetable kofta (in offer in Tesco at the moment. Delicious. Just the right amount of spice) served with basmati rice on a garlic naan with crispy lettuce tossed in avocado dressing. Covered in sriracha (sp?).

It's mad hot out there folks. Love it! Pity we have to work. I've two work away days coming up, so today I was in the kitchen for a short while. I have to pass it between my office and the back garden.:D

Served the ladies up some homemade bun burgers with crinkly fries. In a basket and easy to eat in the garden.

Got tomorrows lunch sorted too. No nasty deli crap for me tomorrow. Whipped my very own chicken and sweetcorn mix with loads of mayo. It's a very old fashioned sandwich filling, but its been my fave since I first had it back in 1991! (it was ultra trendy back then.:D)

Very small Birthday party here for Mrs G. She gave me permission to say she has reached the big 50. I haven't reached it yet. A few more years.:D So it was a chocolate fudge cake with strawberries and cream.

Settled for an ice-cream float in a pint glass - Sprite, raspberry ripple, with crushed strawberries. Tall, cool, and tasty.

Burgers off the BBQ- minimal effort - didn't even slice an onion.... filled the gap and washed down with a can of beer... only the one though and back on water !! If only we could keep this weather til September...
