    So I received 85% of last years payment. Time to sow catch crops has arrived. When will I see the balance or this years payment? More money now to spend but no guarantee when I'll see a return. Why do we have to put up with this nonsense?

    I called glas section today to ask when payment will be (85% i'm presuming) and she told me their working on it now but I might not get payment until the new year. Why all the delays? I don't ever remember any big delays with single farm payment or the forestry premium.

    My planner said most of his clients got there 2017 GLAS payments last Tuesday along with the balancing BPS payment. Of course I didn’t.
    Nothing on agfood yesterday either. Got the 2016 balancing payment on 14th nov.

    Yes it is 85% of the payment.
    Glas 1 is for farmers who entered the scheme before the closing date of October 2015.

    Balls that’s the one I’m in so I should have got that as well. Had no problem last year. Nothing showing on amounts due either.
    You really would not want to be depending on the GLAS payment it’s incredibly hit and miss.

    Rang this morning, told no problem on my end BUT iT problem at their end probably wont receive payment until January, nice woman said I could expect Glas training next week......... apparently c158 euro will fill the gap left by c4250 euro|||||

    Glas training goes to the trainer first, who then issues it to you, I think.
