Joe caught out nicely, trying to pretend he doesn't know all the details of this call.

"All the details are in the email I sent you"

Which would 99% mean the vehicle didn't come from the factory like that.

I,M not sure if its true , i heard the council does a electrical rewiring
of the house,if a Tenant moves out after a year, every time someone moves out ,this costs 1000,s ,multiply this by 1000,s of tenants thats
    alot of money .
The council should just have the wiring inspected and tested by an electrician ,cost a few hundred euros .
Ah sure who cares, the tax payer pays for it all.
i know someone left a washing machine bought 10 months ago in a flat,
will that machine be thrown in a skip.
The council has not heard of a new concept its called recycling.
New tenants on welfare get a cheque from the welfare officer to pay for a new fridge ,washing machine,a cooker from power city or DID .

I saw on one of the Sky channels at the weekend that an Aussie learner driver was caught without a qualified driver and he got an automatic fine of $1,000.
    No messing there.

Which would 99% mean the vehicle didn't come from the factory like that.

It could have, by order, but probably only for the Irish market because of the jeep/van loophole.
Because it's basically a tug pulling a trailer all the time, and he's a young driver, the insco is just being cautious.
