Yes, cut in half and with a little olive oil. Takes only a few minutes. Then dressed with some olive oil mixed with a little honey, garlic and one anchovy fillet

Oh, can I ask you where did you source this TBR?
It's hard to find free range pork.

O'Mahony's in the English Market have it from time to time.
Their non free range pork is very good, too.

Mostly. The top it shop-bought puff pastry. The filling is made from scratch (veggies boiled in stock, then added to a thick bechamel with lots of grated cheese) and the casing is a pastry made with vegetarian suet.

Red Thai curry, with chicken, sweet potato, lots of fresh veg and brown rice. Topped with crispy onion.

For the week that's in it, we had bacon, mash and garden peas. Maybe some cabbage this week in another version. My local butcher does seriously great bacon. I over indulged on it with a splash of gravy. Simple and super.

I just used a Tesco brand paste, but it was only one of many ingredients... I used the recipe here for the sauce:

Falafel tonight, in pitta with caramelized onion hummus, mixed greens, onion, cucumber, tomatoes and jalapenos. Tasty.

Dinner tonight was a meal for one. A Lamb shank with mint gravy on a bed of mash. It fell off the bone. On the side were fried potato's garnished with fried onion and parsley.

    God, I love nachos.

A whole nacho spread with all the fixings would be my death row meal.
I'd nearly commit murder just to have it *drool*.

I read that carrots can be “reverse seared”. Or did you boil them for a bit?

For the day that's in it, Shepherd's Pie. A smidge too much liquid in the mince, but still tasty as f*ck.

Nothing fancy, but hearty enough. A typical roast dinner. As we say, for the day that's in it.:D Ham, stuffing, roast chicken, roasties and veg. A splash of chicken gravy too.

No, I just left them, halved, on a lowish heat for about half an hour and didn't get too fussed about"charring".
