Seriously, is it just me, or have the last 6/7 years in particular been consistently wet? This autumn takes the biscuit; one deluge after another, no such thing as a light, soft day's rain. An inch at a time seems to be the new norm. Is there correlation between the amount of gulf hurricanes and our climate?

Land here saturated once again and it's still too early to start moving stock in.

After this warm spell goes through at weekend all stock will go in. Lots of silage so we aren't to bad.

Started raining about 2am here, cows were in for the wet night and we were supposed to let them out this evening but got a call to say we're for testing Monday so they're staying in. Might rig up a gate at the sliding door for air circulation this weekend.

This will be the ongoing trend.

Minute increases in atmospheric and sea temperatures evaporate more moisture from the Atlantic into the air, this moisture is then dumped onto the fringes of Europe as the moist air makes landfall.

Ireland will receive more wet unsettled weather as time goes on.

Only if one of the Healy-Raes is the sacrifice. Actually maybe that's the reason the storm is headed straight for Kerry....hmmm....
