Having no world title really kills the interest in the show, for me at least.

The IC title being the main focus is just meh.

When is Brock and the world title due back on Raw?

Well he's supposed to be defending at Great Balls of Fire on the 9th of July, so we may not see him until mid-June.

Edit: Cageside said his first scheduled date is 12th of June; http://www.cagesideseats.com/wwe/2017/5/13/15635136/brock-lesnar-wwe-return-dates-revealed-raw-great-balls-of-fire-universal-champ-june-july-2017

so fatal 5 way at extreme rules for number 1 contenders spot for the universal title

Seth Rollins vs Finn Balor vs Roman Reigns vs Samoa Joe vs Bray Wyatt

hard to call but i have a feeling our own Finn will win

why was finn just lying there and randomly get up and start kicking ass ??? its his night anyway as his doc is airing after raw on the network

    Go Finn!

Kind of want Joe to win the fatal 5 way. A match with Brock would be good for him even if he loses. The others (all) could do without a loss to Brock right now.

That was the lamest, most predictable start to Raw you could possibly think of.

No wonder the ratings are at an all time low.

Kurt angle is a terrible actor and his mini breakdowns are a big lame

    Did Alicia beat Sasha clean?

Surprised they had reigns beat balor clean. Would've thought there would be some sort of a **** finish.

    Gotta feed Roman.

There was literally no good reason for Roman to beat Finn clean with an injury. None. Zip. Nada.

It's simply indicative of a booking structure and philosophy where they tell themselves wins and losses don't matter, and someone like Finn 'should get over' with his personality they way Bryan did.

Just have Roman and Brock beat everyone, and the rest will sort themselves out.

And before anyone tells me Braun beat Roman, yes he did. But Christ, Roman still got the upper hand at the end. Plus Reigns hasn't been out of action, plus the injury isn't proving a hindrance going by last night.

I love how they desperately pan the camera to the dozen people in the crowd cheering that Roman beat Balor

Roman still a face is such a waste, imagine how much people would get behind Balor or Rollins against him as a proper heel, I've said it before not turning Roman isn't just wasting a good heel in Roman it's wasting the chance to give the fans someone to really get behind when facing Roman, when he's still this not a bad guy sh1te that's he's still doing you know the only outcome and damn it's just sickening at this stage

"Wins and losses don't matter" - Road Dogg (with two g's because that's cool).

thought finn would get the win cause of his 24 doc

looking forward to watching the doc later on

I wonder will Strowman make an early return at extreme rules and kill the guys in the fatal 5 way match ?? Id like Joe to win the match and face Lesner it would really be good for him. Maybe too early for Finn and they done Reigns vs Lesner, Wyatt vs Lesner and Rollins vs Lesner

Fatal 5-way with three supposed babyfaces and only two heels.

That dynamic is a little strange, tbh.

    It's a 5 way with 2 outright heels, 1 guy who's both, and 2 outright faces

Perfect symmetry in it's own little way

    fatal 5 way:

seth and joe to (still) feud
    finn and bray to feud

and that leaves......UUUUUOOOOOAAAAAHHH vs lesnar

balls that makes sense and at GBOF Strowman will return and attack both Reigns and Lesner leading to Strowman vs Lesner or possibly Strowman vs Reigns vs Lesner at Summerslam

So Goldust is heel now after turning on R Truth. I though Goldust was retiring from in ring action and becoming an agent ???

    Could imagine the writers room:
    Vince: And then Roman wins
Writer: Right, so are we having Bray interfere attacking Finn?
Vince: No, you idiot. We have to make Roman looks strong.

It doesn't help Finn one bit. How are we to believe he can win the match at Extreme Rules and go on to beat Lesnar when he can't even beat an injured Reigns?

And Alicia beating Sasha makes me think Sasha is in the bad books for some reason. Maybe Finn is with her.

So the stipulation for Ambros/Miz is the title can change hands on a DQ? I can see Miz trying to use that to his advantage. Maybe in an Eddie Guerrero way.
And Kendo Stick on a Pole. Didn't relaise pole matches were a thing anymore

Reigns is a heel. There's no two ways about it.

He demands not to have to fight for a title shot. Brings up the Undertaker win. Faces the most over face they have right now. He was 100% a heel last night.

I'm not massively worried about the loss either, since I think it's a story that will continue. Both men have clean wins over each other. There'll have to be some sort of rubber match, and there's worse places for Balor to be on the card than in a feud with "The Big Dog".

Thinking on it now I'd say they're doing the usual stick of having the guy lose to give someone else a rub before going onto a title match, see AJ Styles at Mania 32 last year

"Wins and losses don't matter" - Road Dogg (with two g's because that's cool).

Nothing in the company really matters, only they need to churn out X amount of hours of content a week. The weekly shows just seem to have little to them that are must watch. Plenty of talent on the roster but very little star value. I fast forward through the main event last night as Wyatt & Rollins just bore the hell out of me.
Was surprised Alicia Foxx beats Sasha Banks clean with a rotten looking Scissor Kick. Was surprised by this but absolutely nobody in the crowd cared so it's fine.

This is the company with the maniacal and dictatorial 71-year-old head of creative, who admittedly never sleeps, has been pumping himself full of lord knows what chemicals for the last few decades, and who has taken more than his fair share of bumps to the head? Are people hugely surprised that the storylines rarely extend beyond a week or so?

Sounds like a villain in a Hideo Kojima game. Distract him with bodybuilding mags as the tranquilizer darts have no affect.

I thought I read that Balor was already 2-0 against Reigns, a third win would have buried poor Roman :P

TNA should hire Gary Strydam as a GM, Vince wouldn't know where to look.

It's that time of the week again Good Brothers & Sister.

Tensions rise en route to Extreme opportunity
There will be no friends to be found when Roman Reigns, Finn Bálor, Seth Rollins, Bray Wyatt and Samoa Joe clash at WWE Extreme Rules for the opportunity to challenge Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship. With this anticipated and historic Extreme Rules Fatal 5-Way Match looming, it’s The Eater of Worlds who appears most dominant after concluding last week’s show by laying waste to both The Kingslayer and Samoa Joe with Sister Abigail.

Will Wyatt similarly stand tall in the five-man melee at WWE Extreme Rules, potentially changing the course of WWE’s New Era in the process? Stay tuned.

Will Bayley come out swinging against Alexa Bliss?
Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss claims that Bayley doesn’t have what it takes to get extreme, but “The Goddess of WWE” might be forced to change her tune when she defends her title against the former champion in a Kendo Stick on a Pole Match at WWE Extreme Rules on Sunday, June 4.

Bliss laid into Bayley both verbally and physically last week, nearly breaking a kendo stick across the back of the beloved Superstar in a sadistic assault that inspired Bayley to choose the bout’s stipulation to repay Little Miss Bliss in kind. But can Bayley wait until WWE Extreme Rules for some sweet, sweet kendo stick retribution?

Ambrose faces bizarre stipulation at WWE Extreme Rules
After The Miz attempted to steal the Intercontinental Championship with a low blow while the referee’s back was turned this past Monday night, Dean Ambrose retaliated by giving The A-Lister a swift kick to the co-stars. The attack gave Miz the disqualification victory, but not the championship.

Enraged by Ambrose’s below-the-belt attack — which was clearly an unintentional move by the fighting champion — The A-Lister demanded a rematch at WWE Extreme Rules, and if The Lunatic Fringe is disqualified in that bout, Miz will be awarded his seventh Intercontinental Title.

Ambrose is known for getting out of hand from time to time (he once stole a hot dog cart from Coney Island, after all), so this WWE Extreme Rules stipulation puts the champion in a perilous position. Will The Lunatic Fringe be able to keep his cool and his title?

    Goldust shows his true colors
After a string of unfortunate losses, including a misfired attempt at a career comeback in the No. 1 Contenders’ Tag Team Turmoil Match on the May 8 Raw, The Golden Truth is no more. Enraged and seemingly blaming his newly former partner for their inability to pick up victories in recent months, Goldust ruthlessly assaulted R-Truth this past Monday night, punctuating the brutality by spitting his longtime friend’s catchphrase, “That’s what’s up!,” back in his face.

Now that he’s severed his ties with R-Truth, what’s next for The Bizarre One? Will the former Intercontinental Champion address his heinous actions?

I would say that he clearly know what's up but I'd be wrong since he keeps trying to find out.
