I'm not taking the plss here, but I know the house in the valley she was talking about. I know the whole Kilglass-Roosky area well, there's a pocket of Connellans around that area as well.

Very very sad in a way that she can remember essentially nothing of her childhood, when you compare it to all the stories we have of mischief growing up, or being in school, it puts it into perspective.

Her lack of memory, and her sad past, would indicate a certain amount of emotional trauma...Maybe she had electric shock treatment at one stage...it would explain the memory lapses.

Duffy is infuriating how he doesn't listen. She said the hotel was in Roosky on the old Dublin Sligo Road, he then goes and says it's in Kilglass, near Roosky.

Two different places and two different hotels.

The people she knew are well before my time but there's plenty around here who will know the people who she's talking about.

I hope some good comes out of this and she finds some closure.
