Passed by the clothes section in Clearwater last week and there was one scabby rail for men's sale... didn't bother going in to it. But have I read it wrong and it's 50% off EVERYTHING and they just haven't put the signs up?

Correct, 50% off everything, men/women/children clothes/shoes/accessories/underwear. If item is already marked down, you pay 50% of marked down price. I went to a larger Tesco Extra last week and got some clothes for baby, went to the Tesco in my town today and they had barely anything left, was very slim pickings esp mens and baby clothes.

It was never really advertised broadly - either in stores or on their social media - I think there was pretty significant backlash in the UK and Ireland because clothing is deemed non-essential and some stores were crowded with bargain hunters and emotions ran high to the point that the guards needed to be called.

Forgot to take a photo but Tesco(Dundalk LW anyway) have plenty of NOW TV sticks with the entertainment bundle one giving you 2 months for €20(think it is usually €15 per month)
Plenty of other ones available and some offer a €5 off Just-eat coupon.
    Will post photos Sunday.

I only saw standard alkaline in the 9v and C size

they seem to be clearing out a lot of batteries so worth keeping an eye out in your local store.

Bargain Alerts in a nutshell. Like buying tyres when you don't have a car.

    Why ???
Hope it's not so you can charge an extra couple of euro on Adverts
That just defeats the purpose of bargain alerts :)

    Belkin isn't branded.

They will stick their name on whatever they can bulk buy cheapest.

Their Wireless G USB Adapter Sku F5D7050 came in FIVE different hardware versions. You had to lookup the serial number to see what Firmware, drivers, or versions of windows it would work with

I'll still buy their cables, but only if I need them and they are reduced to a small fraction of the original price.

    Well that's disappointing to hear.

I had them pegged as a solid brand.
