      They are/were one of the only places selling clothing open for the public to go in and actually pick the clothes out

      Off topic I know but I think Penney’s have said in the past it wouldn’t pay them to offer an online service.(You can make your own mind up about that.)
      I am aware of some lady’s boutique which are open for a few hours a day with the door locked and the owner is doing admin inside and you can pop in.

      Clothing section reopened Today. They were only allowing a few people into the section and people were buying bundles of stuff.

      No signs up in my local Tesco. Are items still half price today? Don't want to go to till and have to leave everything back if it's all full price ��
