I'd be more worried about the tripe sprouted by some of its regular contributors. As for Gannon, I've come to the conclusion that we're all being trolled by the producers.

She also had a rant about characters like Tony Soprano, Walter White , Cillian Murphy in Peaky Blinders before that.

She used every segment in the piece for an SJW rant. It's tiresome at this stage.

At least there was yer man on (can't remember his name) for some actual tv reviews.

I heard Jennifer Gannon on about that last week. I cant recall exactly what it was but she was having a go at the type of masculinity displayed by the likes of Tony Soprano and Thomas Shelby on the small screen and how it was insulting to women blah blah blah blah.

I had a good old laugh to myself, thinking she is actually trolling at this stage.

Then on Tuesday, as I was skipping through the Irish Times magazine from Saturday I saw a piece from Gannon. It was headlined "In praise of soft boys" and sub headed "Love Islands gentleman Greg O Shea and Marvels sweet superhero Tom Holland have replaced the 'man's man'".

So I dont think she is trolling. Instead I think she is simply bat sh1t crazy.

Gannon is a great comedian with her ramblings.

Her soft boy hero has apparently dumped his contestant by text :pac:

Id say its more that the producers are trolling us as she irritates a lot of people here and people do criticise her on twitter for majority of the same reasons people have said here previously...they probably like her as she generates attention/interest in the show than say a dull milquetoast tv contributor - like that male who acts like her lap dog, Patrick Frayne is it

She can't bear to watch programmes like "Room to Improve" because she's bitter about not being able to buy her own place. Here's a suggestion. How about she takes steps to get a proper, well-paying job, instead of pretending to be a journalist.

She called these sorts of programmes ‘reprehensible’ in the current climate. She then went on to describe loose women as anti woman. She’s some dose alright.

I was thinking I’d heard her use the word “reprehensible” but wasn’t certain. That’s quite something, coming from somebody who watches Love Island. It was interesting to see that mask slip. There’s a bitter underachiever under that bimbo SJW mask. Twitter and reality TV aren’t real life m’dear. Get a proper job. Or go on Love Island yourself.

Yep, there are over 2m houses and apartments in the country according to the CSO, somebody owns them.

"Loose women" hates women nearly as much as Jordan Peterson!

I would love to hear her have a discussion with the man, it would be laughable.

Yup, she said she didn't like the show and basically found it immoral that we have such a show on Irish TV, basically property porn, when so many are homeless.

If she applied that logic, then there so be so much on TV you wouldn't watch.

I bet you she is a fan of cooking shows, or the great bake off, yet what do you know, billions on the planet haven't enough food to eat.

Today's opening item, some hipster copy and paste artist from the journal on to whinge about the closure of a pub (vital artistic and cultural space, in her words) said pub being part of a chain run by Bodytonic

If Cooper wants to salvage what shred remains of his journalistic integrity, he needs to stand up to his production staff, who are clearly pushing their own preferences regarding segments and contributors, as the show in its current format is an absolute shambles

Should have told the production team to f0ck off for even suggesting it as a segment in the first place
