    Hi All,

    I've developed a small site as a free tool for travellers. Basically it saves you time. Instead of scanning millions of sites for the cheapest hotel deals, www.tripscanners.com does it for you.

    Here are some of the sites it scans.

    Try plugging your dates into www.google.com/flights and leave your destination blank. You can then bring up a map of the world with prices beside each location and this should give you a decent idea of what prices you're looking at.

    Quick example of a cheap DIY package based on 16 - 19th February - Direct flights €50.50 each (€101 total) with Ryanair (flying into main airport) + an 8.5 rated city centre hotel @ €236 in total (Prizeotel Hamburg-City on booking.com) so you're getting flights and accommodation for both of you at under €350 for 3 nights.

    Haven't been to Hamburg so can't rate it but it's a good price considering the time frame before booking.
