All Ross has these days is his chin, but what a chin that is!

That came within millisecs of being stopped !

Masvidal's use of reach and distance here is brilliant, very underrated.

He was always solid but I never thought of him as a finisher of fights

I'm gonna give that last round to Ross.

    29-28 Gamebred.

Should be 30-27 Masvidal, if not 30-26. 10-8 rounds are more easily given these days.

First time in 10 fights that Ross hasn't rotated wins and losses. This is the first time in his career he has ever lost 2 in a row, spanning back 12 years.

Did Ross really think he won that or was it the hand in the air I hope I won kinda thing?!!!!

He'll know he'd have lost, it's just for show really and they hope it might sway the judges a bit. False hope.

That said, he didn't even know where he was at the end of round 2 :pac:

Pearson needs to take a good few months off, he's gotten way too many slaps in the head lately

He hasn't took much punishment since being sparked by Iaquinta a few years ago. Dunham nearly snapped his arm in Glasgow but other than that, nothing really. For a bloke who fights so often, he actually takes relatively little significant damage.

I agree he could do with a few months off (to recharge the batteries) but he's on $55,000/$55,000 so it's understandable that he takes as many fights as he can as it's relatively good money for someone who has only spent a short time in the top 15 throughout his career. He has racked up over $250,000 in 2016 alone.

I'd be astonished if we don't see him at UFC 204 in Manchester.

His boards ban coincided nicely with the fight camp for this one.

Is he banned, what did he do?

She's favourite, but it's a fight against very capable striker. It's not a sure thing by any means.
