Yea she didn't sell that well, purebred too.
Sold 3, got €2/kg for 2 & €1.50/kg for an old red LM

Her carcass would be huge I'd say, she'd take more feeding too. Were you far back in the sale? Got lot numbers 1&2 myself, first time that ever happened and the draw worked out well for me :pac:

    Got selling just after 2.
You must have an inside contact, I tried at 925 & rang out, then engaged until 940

It wasn't a bad game of hurling even though it lacked a bit of intensity I thought.
    The football was some dung.

I didn't manage to watch the football but it's always hard to watch a football match after a hurling one

Nope, rang in. But if you use a landline it seems to get through easier, plus ring at 9.29 & let it ring out :D

    What's the difference between a muffin/cupcake/fairy bun ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,174 ✭✭✭Lady Haywire

Cupcakes have the big fancy icing/buttercream top, muffins are supposed to be plain or have a thin icing top, while fairy buns are smaller.
I'd call those cupcakes anyway! Either way they look delicious :D

    No idea.
But I've been told that what I've just eaten are cupcakes.

No daughter texted me during milking to say she was cooking muffins, I was like  they were always known as fairy buns when we were young. Ye have often bought "cupcakes" decorated like the photos on here earlier with different toppings. Seems to be a big business

I think a muffin is something completely different

Didn't see the matches in croke park today.
But just watching the news there. The pitch looked brilliant. The grass looked a great colour.:)

Edit: I bet I'm not the only one who's first impression was to notice the grass.

In killarney atm, on a 2 day break with the family. In the hotel bar, herself is up in the room with the kids. The small man is 2 today. Sitting here reminds me of people with a social life. Some amount of people out and about on the beer.

Well did the little man sleep in new surroundings? And more importantly did mammy and Daddy get to sleep? I find that takes the good out of the few pints !
