Yeah, I thought about that, but assumed it would be same process like with foreign Xbox stores - you go to the foreign website through VPN and make up a fake billing address as long as it was in your name. This one is proving a bit trickier.

Tried transferring him the money and letting him buy with his Revolut locally in Hong Kong and still didn't work so I'm assuming it's a OnePlus/Revolut issue.

Can still get him to buy it locally and will work out cheaper but I want to save my additional 15 euro!

It works out as phone and flip case for €390 euro instead of €420 by buying from local store. Can't be too disappointed I guess!

No but don't forget that you need to use the included charger to avail of the Dash Charge so how is that going to work if you use an adapter for Irish Plugs?

The Hong Kong plug is the same as the UK/Irish one.

Same. Problem is I live in Spain! Will use an adaptor initially and then just buy local one here and keep the three prong one at home.

EDIT: DONE! I guess I'm in the OnePlus 3 club now. Ordered a flip case to go with it. This has been a surprise purchase for me, really for the life of me did not expect to be buying this right now. Knowing I can sell my Oneplus 2 for the 200 odd mark motivated me to do it so I wont feel the financial pinch much at all. Heres to good things ahead.

I was thinking the same as you, but figure it'll drop price after a while like the OP2 did.

:rolleyes: I dont think it was that long and it dropped price twice thats why I said I'll wait. Also, some people got €50 vouchers from OnePlus at some stage too.

Android Authority have a tweet saying how the new screen on the oneplus 3 is only a super AMOLED from Samsung ... wait what? Only? that is a reason to celebrate not criticise it!

Ah, I see, I wasn't really keeping track of the OP2 that much

The OPO got a €50 increase the week after I bought one

Just purchased, wont ship till the 23rd so hoping it arrives before intended. One thing I didn't like about OOS was that you couldn't change the the DPI and was one of the main reasons why I switched ROMs currently using CM on my OP2, might just try and keep the OP3 stock this time and not mess about with it. Have seen there is an unofficial CM13 already available for it.

Are the Otterboxes are worth buying? I've normally just stuck to a Diztronic TPU case and tempered glass protector.

Same here but didn't know it was there when ordering the phone so have to pay huge shipping of 24 euro so it gets here before the phone does...

I'm in the same boat actually. Didn't see any accessories when ordering. Otterboxes look nice. Anyone in the Clare Limerick region buying one soon, let me know? :-)

Kinda annoying the essentials bundle is out of stock just due to the earphones. Can't get the bundle without them so would have to pay for the tempered glass and cover separately.

So based on the above comments, I think I'll try the otterbox

I went with free shipping!

I haven't had a change to my delivery date on the site though. Actually, it still shows as pending shipping on the site, but I got the dispatch email to say it's on the way
