"living in sin..." she says coyly in a charming way

    "yeah, fornicating" says Ray

He's so inappropriate, can't read social cues at all.

Yeah, this stuff should be left for the Late Late. That show has always been a mixture of light entertainment, politics, misery, controversy etc. But ffs, how can you have friday and saturday night chat shows on the same channel that both have misery slots every week. It's actually ridiculous.

Why do we do it? you never see misery on GrahamN, JRoss or Parkie, well there was that MegRyan incident :D:P

Ray tried to ruin her buzz there

It's D'Arcy's way of having a dig at Catholicism. He's probably big-headed enough to think that Pope Francis tunes in to his show every Saturday night.

What is D'Arcy trying to do to her. Is he trying to convince her that she SHOULD be sad?

This is how I react whenever Ray asks a question...

    Sadly it's working...

F*ck sake. Ray tells her that that video makes him feel sad. Talk about rubbing it in. Meanwhile she explains it's a clip that makes her feel happy.

Then they will follow misery with comedy.

They must love rollercoasters in Montrose.

Jees, i briefly turned over to MOTD & see UTD get beat by Sunderland, more misery especially for UTD fans

Does David McSavage count as comedy?

His head does seem disproportionate to the rest of him.

Why does Graham Norton, Jonathan Ross and Alan Carr not have misery slot guests?

Joe Duffy would have had tears 10 minutes ago, Ray still has a lot to learn.

What are they trying to do with this interview?

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,290 ✭✭✭CH3OH

It is very much unimaginable how she copes.

Hopefully we'll all appreciate all the things that we are all so lucky to have,,

David McSavage can sometimes be gold if he doesn't particularly like the host of an evening.

Misery for those of us who never want LVG to get sacked too.

In fairness, i think McSavage is gonna be the real misery slot!!

Could we have her present the show instead of Ray.

It's D'Arcy's way of having a dig at Catholicism.

yeah, I was gonna post that as well. It was a real slight at the Church. D'Arcy is well on board with slagging the Church now that it's popular, but the b*ll*x never said anything negative about the Church during the 90s. And I'm sure Zig and Zag and Socky would have welcomed his opinions with a open ear.

Ray should take heed of his last question - so less of the porridge, sugar and exercise lectures please.

Why does Graham Norton, Jonathan Ross and Alan Carr not have misery slot guests?

Probably because, it turns people off from watching it, although us irish, we can take any shiite

Now when you think of it, he reminds me of the Churchill dog, nodding his head :D

With Ray as presenter - Yes.

Despite Rays best efforts to make this a misery slot, this woman is defying him and showing herself to be a resilient positive philosophical breath of fresh air.

  • Registered Users Posts: 72,251 ✭✭✭✭Welsh Megaman

Ray listened back during the week...

...when he eventually pressed the right button.

    *takes a bow*
