I heard the song a few times, it is alright, should make the finals.

    Hi Everyone,

I think we have Dean's alter ego on tonite in the form of McSavage, the nite b4 Galentine's Day (was watching Amy Poehler on jonathan Woss earlier)
I dont know what it is, but I cant take Gerry Ryan Junior seriously when he's reading the sport.

So you have Mike his brother afaik@ RTE, Lottie & now Gerry jnr:eek:, as well as the news, can he spell nepotism ;)
RTE had to do something drastic, so they fell back on what they have tried and trusted since the organisation's foundation in the 1960s.... Nepotism.

Could be shooting themselves in the foot, could actually win?
Also isn't teh UK doing the same?

Poor Sean O'Brien, he'll be up on the shelf himself fairly shortly with all the injuries. :(:(

Have to watch whole show before the song????!!!!!!!

They're probably calibrating the backing track and recorded vocals.

Hopefully a very, very, very long way away from Montrose right now.

An awful, awful, nasty, viscous woman.

Sorry Patty, that was just a bit of my humour, it's actually Paul O'Flynn but I think he's the spit of the late G Ryan.

They're probably calibrating the backing track and recorded vocals.

Shane Filan is currently emailing him the final lead vocal and Mark is emailing along the second verse and the middle eighth.

RTE would be in trouble if there was no misery, all their 'light' entertainment shows have misery.

A new slot on Ray's show Deathmatch Twink v Linda, better than blind date?

That's a bit bizarre alright. They should have gone straight into the song at the end of the interview.

I've the volume turned down for this, I'll stick it back up when she's gone (no disrespect to her intended).

Ray is evolving. He acknowledges how ridiculous the questions are now before asking them. Interesting development.

Get Linda Martin on to do Daft Punk again.

That was a performance of substance.

An "odious little woman" you could even say.

Petra is generally funny, yet not in an annoying way :)

"living in sin..." she says coyly in a charming way

    "yeah, fornicating" says Ray

Yeah, this stuff should be left for the Late Late. That show has always been a mixture of light entertainment, politics, misery, controversy etc. But ffs, how can you have friday and saturday night chat shows on the same channel that both have misery slots every week. It's actually ridiculous.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,930 ✭✭✭PeterTheEighth

God what a horrible disease, takes away every bit of independence and humility before strangling you to death. I rather if the Golf went under a truck instead of having to endure that.

This lady is not miserable at all...dream wife

She seems like a lovely person, it is terrible what has befallen her husband.

But I wish RTE would recognise that Irish people don't want misery in all their programs.
It is like they celebrate misery, and it is near always a medical condition, or a medical issue caused by something as in the case with the woman who had acid thrown on her face.
