Shawcross could be back for gw27 so wouldn't be selling Stoke defs just yet. He may even be risked against Bournemouth.

    Hennessy Forster
    Dann wollscied bellerin Nyom Simpson
    Payet Sanchez Alli Mahrez YaYa
    Aguero Ighalo Kane

Is my squad with 1 free transfer and .5 itb

Defo moving on Yaya as his head is in China already but I don't know who too. I'm think Jesse lingaard

Whats the 4th team that will blank next week?
    Everton (no effect on me)
    City (Aguero)
    Spurs (Kane & Alli)

Should I stick and bench all three next week or maybe take a slight hit this week and move Kane on now for a striker with better fixtures and a game next week? Maybe go Rooney and Arnautovic out for Yaya and Harry Kane? As Rooney has good fixture this week and form and arnie has good fixtures next few

spurs do not have a blank next week
in fact Kane will probably be the captain for most home to Swansea
    Liverpool Everton city newcastle blanks
arnie could be a good call over next few weeks though so I'd consider him alright for yaya

Have the same front 8 except for Lukaku (I've Valencia). I'd leave as is, though obviously there is The Payet Question. Personally I'm gonna stick with him this week. My feeling is if he does mange to score this weekend I know I'd want him the following week home to Sunderland. I've only 1 FT so it's slightly different for me as I do want to bank it if I can.

Defence looks good to me too.

On current prices you could just do Hennessey -> Schmeichel. Would be a good upgrade and would also give you the option of doubling up on Leicester which you don't have with any team at the moment. But you're probably .1 or .2 short if you've had Hen any amount of time.

    In summary, I don't know.

My bad I thought I read Spurs were blanking. I might stick with my gut too get a United player in this week for Yaya and then maybe arnie for Payet if he doesn't start returning good scores. What would people think of a -4 for Jesse lingaard and Rooney in and toure and Ighalo out. United players seem too have found some form attacking wise of late

Cheers I was looking at changing hennessey but he has a decent fixture the next two. The problem with going to Schmeichel is I'd then have my 3 Leicester slots gone and it means I couldn't get vardy. I also think I'll be sticking with Payet for the next 2.

    Butland/Rudd

    Azpiculeta Darmian Woolscheid Dier Daniels

    Payet Mahrez Ozil Firmino Stanislas

    Kane Ighalo Aguero

Will be looking to move on Firmino after Villa this weekend. Was thinking of pricing down to Ali but not sure if it's overkill on Spurs players?

I wouldn't do ighalo to rooney as a -4 .Ighalo is home to Bournemouth next week.

team is pretty good i think so don't feel forced to make a transfer. Looking longer-term i think it would be good to have Arsenal/Spurs defensive coverage. I'm guessing for next gw you'll be doing Lukaku->Vardy like myself?? That would give you scope to upgrade either a keeper or defender

@Busts I would do Morgan to Simpson to save 0.1m and have more chance of baps rather than lose a transfer. You could also do Henny to Joel if you're feeling risky, I know a lot of Everton fans want Howard dropped for good

No gk next week if I do that.

This week I'd say sell Silva anyway.
Sanchez would be obvious option but you have Ozil covered there. and not sure on your money situation. Lingard for Man Utd maybe, then you'd have extra 5.6ish to spread around your team in next few weeks if you need it.

But on what other poster suggested

No way I'd sell Butland over Myhill.
(no point changing a starting keeper(Butland) when your 2nd keeper (Myhill) isn't playing for their club)
If changing keeper-I'd do Myhill to Forster/Courtois/Schmeichel or Hart.

No real value in Cech as you already have Arsenal cover with Bellerin. And you couldn't get him anyway if you get Sanchez. (as you'd have Ozil-Bellerin-Sanchez).

Hennessy may be an option if you want to sell Ward and keep Palace cover. (palace have decent fixtures for next 3 weeks)

If changing defence, I'd start looking for team guaranteed games in GW30.
I think Stoke have a game so I'd keep Butland there probably depending if you change Myhill.

    Nyom/Ward-> Southampon/Leicester cover.
I still think Cedric is a much better option to Bertrand.
    Cheap Leicester defender: Simpson.

The rest your team looks fairly template, I'm getting impatient with Payet myself. From GW 28 on West Ham's fixtures aren't the best.

I'd consider Rhobles as he will keep his place in Everton goal and only 0.2 more expensive than Hennessy and Everton have good fixtures coming up.
Also Wanyama is due a 5 match ban so I'd consider O Romou from Sthampton. Got a good shot and playing for a much improved team.

Didn't realise Joel was that cheap (4.3)
he could be a nice differential for.people or used to block clean sheet points if rivals have Everton defenders.

He'd need to keep his place long term before gambling on him in my eyes. Everton and Howard have been dodgey all season and Howard has kept his place when fit, when he's back i can see him playing right away.
Combined with GW 27 blank. I think its a wasted transfer for what could be Joel's last game of the season (GW26).
Gw28 could see Howard back in the starting 11, for a team who dont keep consistent clean sheet no matyer the opposition.

Agree with you on Romeu, he is quality for defensive MF. I tipped him in the watchlist thread earlier. Would wait and see who plays in defensive MF this week in any case.

Southampton have: Clasie, Ward-Prowse and Steven Davies (fit now and nailed on to play when fully fit) and Romeu to choose from at the moment so worth looking at after the weekend.

    Need a Sagna replacement.

First thought was a Saints defender, but wouldn't be confident playing them in GW27 away to Chelsea.
Leicester defender, but this week away to Arsenal so again same doubts.

    Who else is there?

Rest of def is Alder, Olsson, Smith, Targett.

Home to Chelsea! Guaranteed games in GWs 30 & 35 too. And mor eimportantly on tremendous form.

With GW27 in mind, Alder is greta to own, which Olsson you have?, Smith away to a less-performing Watford could be OK. Stoke & Leicester are good options.

There are no stand-out options this week. Everton maybe but then blank. So I'd not hesitate that much on a Saints def.

The joys of choosing between my front 8:

    Mahrez, Alli, Payet, Sanchez, Firmino.
    Aguero, Vardy, Kane.

I want to give Payet one last chance, so I'm currently benching Vardy. Dunno though!

I'm tempted to bench Mahrez out of sheer bloody mindedness at the moment.

Thankfully I have my stupid transfer from last week Austin to bench.

I would have probably went for Fuchs though :P

Oh yeah they are Home to Chelsea, think that's the plan then.
Who is the best option? VVD?
Was gonna Bertrand as I have Targett as backup.

Jonas Olsson I have, guess I could even go Alder/Olsson/Smith for G27.

Could even go For Fuchs next week if I don't make an attacking change.

Bertrand and Targett was something I was going to do from the start of the season because if one doesn't start the other will. Still think it's a good idea but somebody put me off by saying I was better to have all starting players.

Sorry didn't mean to quote you. :D. Not able to get my head in the game at the moment as my season unravels yet again.

Stream of conciousness nonsense is all you can expect from me this week. I'd certainly be better not trying to advise others!
