Let us know how it goes. Very good price. The price of the phone and plans on irish networks is crazy.

    Will do.

So I got an email from Samsung that they couldn't process the warranty claim on my S7 due to the IEMI number not being on their system. A bit worrying...anyway I went into Argos and said this and the nice lady said as they don't send phones away for repairs anymore it would be replaced and she handed me out a brand new one. I also got her to confirm that they will cover the 24 month warranty if I have any issues with Samsung in the future. Nice result.

Zagg Glass is now officially released for the S7 and S7 edge. Just got email. €39.99

Is this different to the original one? I had that and all it did was collect dust under the edges.

    It's tempered glass.

Where do you purchase it from?

    It's tempered glass.

So was the original tempered glass one, but they withdrew it apparently due to it not fitting right. I see that a full replacement face. Probably the best solution to the problem if the clarity is good.

Samsung leather case doesn't interfere if that's any good.

the clear cache/data option wasnt there. just force stop and uninstall. so uninstalled again but still no joy, just the 2 arrows in a circle.

Looks like the glass contour they were promising. Might be worth a shot.
The original flat tempered glass they had for the s7/s7 edge was total garbage.

zagg.com is where I bought mine.

€39.99 on the EU site or £39.99 on the UK site weirdly enough.

A lanyard loop can be used just as easily for a wrist strap ;)
If I'm using my phone a lot as a camera, say on holidays for example.
I'd like a case that I can a strap to, to offset my inherent tendency to drop stuff! :)

Looking to pick up an S7 sim free after someone trashed my S6

Argos only terrestial option and its 800 plus

Amazon maybe 600 ish but worried about counterfeit (I'm prob safe on Amazon)

Found a place inside ILAC doing them for 650

And a few places on Moore St / Parnell St doing them for 500

To be honest I think 500 is too cheap and it must be a scam.

I have no interest in buying a fake or robbed phone. Has anyone any experience of buying a genuine S7 from any of those shops? My thinking is the shops inside the ILAC are probably kosher, they have goodwill and if it turned out to be fake and they wouldn't refund me I could just stand outside shop until they did.

The other smaller places on Moore St may as well be pop ups and aren't turning up in the small claims court if something goes wrong

But maybe I'm missing the value??

if you would like a cheaper one that is legit then this seller in Ebay does it.

    http://www.ebay.ie/sch/m.html?_odkw=&_ssn=t-dimension7&item=252316366293&_osacat=9355&_from=R40&_trksid=p2046732.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xs7.TRS0&_nkw=s7&_sacat=9355

    normal s7 - G930F (single sim) / G930FD (dual sim)
    S7 edge - G935F (single) / G935FD (dual)

they offer 3 colors black, gold and silver.
That's the cheapest i can find online that is legit seller and not a scam.

check the versions of the S7 here before you order as some may have Snapdragon or Exynos chipset.

Why is the G935FD cheaper than the G9350, i thought i heard the Exynos in the G935FD was better?

Did anyone see that Vodafone are offering the s7 in silver now??

Looks a bit cool and they've dropped the price of the phone on all plans just in time for my upgrade

Does anyone know how the sky sports tv add on works??
Do you need to be an existing sky customer?

Bit the bullet and purchased the ZAGG InvisibleShield Glass Contour. At €40 it's not cheap. If anyone is interested you can save 10% site wide on ZAGG.com using the discount code "10offcart".

If you're talking about t-dimension, I put an order through their standalone website the other day. Haven't received it yet but they confirmed it is shipped from the UK even though they are actually based in Hong Kong.

I'll update when I actually get it. It was a few quid cheaper again through their website.

Heading to the euros with my S7 Edge and I'm debating whether or not to bring a a spare battery pack. Either a case that fits onto the phone or a portable charger. Any suggestions?
