Poor tackling, Zebo gone to fullback?

And he seems to be in poor form today.

Who did he go between? Very easy for Williams.

The crowd, quality etc. all feels more like a Pro12 game away to Edinburgh or something.

Foley and Killer I think. Centre vs a lock and a fattie wasn't going any other way really.

I think he went inside Kilcoyne and maybe outside Sherry, there was a big gap between the two defenders as well.

True enough although Killer always struck me as very agile on his feet in defence.

He was covering across and was never going to get turned back to make the tackle. Foley didn't come with him enough and opened up the hole.

If Munster go into the break 10 points behind, they've an absolute mountain to climb. Will need a yellow card or some piece of magic to turn it around given that SF have a metronome at 10 and a couple of monster props to come on against the likes of John Ryan.

Munster gaining ground through broken play, to be expected when I can't see any clear attacking plans for the backline that doesn't involve going left to right.
SF were only half interested in this.

Aye VDM and Slimani on at 60 is a big concern.

yea the stade bench will have greater impact in the final 20-25 given munster have made 3 changes already

Nice backs move there. Good to see some structure anyway.

Stade are poor, but Munster can't get a break with the injuries. Mind you, Munster poor as well.

    Woeful match.

As sure as night follows day, a French team will concede a penalty in the closing seconds of a half if they're defending.

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,745 ✭✭✭✭molloyjh

    Fingers in the eye there.

    Red card?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,668 ✭✭✭Mahatma Geansai

Definite contact with the eye area. Fingers looked pointed in around the nose too.

    Should/could be red.

    Edit: Definite red card.

And there's the yellow card, I reckon.

  • Registered Users Posts: 24,200 ✭✭✭✭Buer

He curls his finger into the eye. That's red.

As much as I dislike Derek Bevan, that's a good spot.

Right call and Munster are now right back in this. I reckon SF will implode.
