There was a lot of other notable improvers this week but due to the fact that we've had a lot of new entries to the list this week, stopped most of you breaking through your relevant decade barrier. In fact, some big improvers even lost places in the list. Those are the breaks I'm afraid but keep on pushing, make your goals and the list will sort itself out

Thanks very much! I have always been a golfer. Seriously injured my back in 2012 and was told the most strenuous thing i could do would be walking...I worked hard with exercise and went back golfing in 2015. very very poor for a few months but lessons and ALOT of practice has me where i am today. I was quite an avid sports man before my injury and with Golf the only thing i can do these days it has all my attention.

No ESR yet. Have put together a half dozen good rounds and very few .1s back so far.
playing twice or three times a week is improving my game a lot. lessons over winter and spring helped. Try to get some practice in every week too
