I finally made time to get back in the water this week. I was able to get some good swims in considering everything. I was motivated due to the news of a Masters Swims Team that has started near me. A message on Facebook from a former teammate got the blood pumping a bit. There was a part of me that was afraid that I might embarrass my self or something. I haven't swam an organized training session in over 25 years. When she found out how much I swam the last few days she laughed at me. Looking forward to Monday morning. Although, I still think I have another 5k left in me this weekend.
