Every six episodes or so should be a tribute show. They always seem to be the best ones.

I'm not a country fan but loved that....if it was a tribute to the music I like it would have been sh1t

My last Johnny Cash number of the night, it's a bit cheesy perhaps but this song reminds me of an elderly relative who emigrated to America in the 60's and when she returned home for family functions, she'd always sing this song.

Poll should have an "unexpected guests in your house" option.

I vote country music. (Not this Daniel O'Donell nonsense, mind.)

    Love it. What a classic.

As a Liverpool fan, i love the tune as well, a regular on the Kop since the famous 2005 Champions League final.

The one night I went out for a few pints and there's a middling show.

@Talking Bread. Will you and BuilderPlumber be starting a post mortem thread tomorrow?

    Ha, love it.

A middling show! Gah, I missed it!

Watching +1 for a bit. It was on the telly on silent earlier. So far, I don't feel I've missed much, aside from trying to post in a cowboy/Clint Eastwood style.

Jesus Christ and Darcy, watching Later with Jools, real cool edgy music from top acts - they are all a bit moody.

I'd love a bit of big tom at the moment.

    Jools lost a trick tonight.

Okay, please don't shoot me for this one, I'm not a fan of Gareth Brooks but I do like the sentiment expressed in this song, sometimes we want something but it's good for us and it's not meant for us.......it often takes years for us to see it and accept it though.

    I know it's late ...

but before you go to bed you should buy Cash: The Autobiography of Johnny Cash, by Johnny Cash

    It's great.

I know you'll wake up tomorrow and think "That bollix Skid made me do this " but the book will arrive and you will love it. it's a superb book which opens the door to the soul of one of the greatest performers ever.

Go on, you won't regret it.

search for "Cash: The Autobiography" and buy it from your favourite online book store.

I think this is a good place to put one of the funniest scenes i've ever scene in a movie, from Django Unchained.

The instrumental starts at about 45 secs in. After that there's four lines of verse. Listen to the last one.
