      What used to be MacTurcaills has a sign up saying opening soon but the windows are still blocked out so you can't see in. Anyone any news on what's happening there?

      The group that Bernard Brogan is involved in is opening it soon. They bought the Setanta House Hotel in Celbridge.

      The Bridge in Chapelizod is getting a bit of work done on it now, it's going to be another Ozzie Outback.

      4 new bars coming to the city centre. One appears to be owned by Carrig Brewing and another by Galway Bay so I'd expect them both to be craft pubs.

      Galway Bay don't keep their acquisitions secret so I doubt that The Oxford Hill is them.

      Business Post has a small article about the reason MacTurcaills has been closed so long - an issue to do with ownership of the cellar vs. the building itself which is apparently resolved with Bernard Brogan & family taking over.
