Which city has the biggest canal network?

I'm going to throw up 3 answers and I'll rank in terms of which I think is most likely to be correct like a game of Pointless :D .

    Birmingham,
    Amsterdam,
    Venice

    ?

Pink Floyd, The Wall as first album?!?!!?

Defiantly not a list of first albums. Perhaps biggest selling ones? Naa, wait, DSOTM would have been a bigger seller I'm guessing.

I didn't take any notice of the 'first album' bit and was just agreeing that it must be a bands + albums thing, mea culpa.

    Can you define "biggest"?

    Longest?
    Most amount?
    Water Traffic?
    Water Volume?

Yep, simple as that. It's a jelly made from meats (or fish) that gets poured over foods and allowed to set.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

Are they "open-air" canals, or do you include the underground networks, like sewers and aqueducts and so forth?

Really! You learn something every day, that is news to me, must investigate. I am aware there are a lot of places int he UK with canals, but I would have thought the likes of Manchester would have had most.

    Music?
    Hasten might be accelerando
    More might be pianoforte
Solo is solo or perhaps a cadenze

Totally lost on the next two so that's probably where my weak guess fails.

    Not even close.

Calcutta, or Kolkata, has many canals but I'm not sure how their overall length measures up.

Possibly wrong but I thought it was Sweet Fanny Adams who was a little girl who was murdered in the 19th century. There was horrific mutilation of the body, if I recall correctly.

Yes indeed Srameen, the poor girl was only 8. A couple of years after her death sailors started using the expression to indicate the poor quality of the stew they were getting as part of their rations, because it seemed to comprise of loose odds and ends. :(
