If I saw it without the crest I wouldn't recognise it as a Leinster jersey so it'll take a bit to grow on me.

Had they left that white bit the same colour blue, or even added something more to it, then I'd think it a winner. But as it stands the white collar and shoulders just look a bit off to me. Obviously I'll give it a look though. Think the away one is gorgeous.

I know the log appears a few times, in various forms, but it is much nicer when there's only on sponsor on a shirt as opposed to the 7 or 8 you see on some shirts. I counted 11 on a Cardiff shirt a while back.

Probably shot during the horse show, so the alternative was probably showing them on the pitch in front of a 5'6 upright jump, or a bunch of ponies warming up for the hunt chase... :rolleyes:

Im sure there's a picture somewhere of Mike Ross in the new jersey being led around a paddock in a bridle on a reign.

I think they're doing an "official" launch today too with O'Brien, Toner and Murphy. Seems a bit silly releasing the photos hours earlier. Kind of kills the suspense for the "big reveal".

Will there be a European jersey too?

I think Mike is the only person on the planet who walks faster than he runs. It's difficult to realise it but when he moves he 'bursts' into a slow dander and when he runs he slows down from this. He is probably even slower than John Hayes. Something I never thought I would see.

Yeh I'm not sold on the white shoulders... think it looks like a bit of wrong material that they had to use up.

Still a cool jersey though, pretty unique.

Munster's is better though.

I had a good whinge about the Ryanair Jersey and the Chelsea kit but this new kit has a good stab at including the traditional Leinster identity, its simple and the the royal blue is nice and the fade to the navy shorts works very well, sorely missing from the 14/15 kit.

Overall from me its a.........
