    Only if she had drink or was lied too, and it's only right we should not be lied too or being taken advantage of if we went out to enjoy ourselves.

    If she had a drink?If a girl is drunk and starts throwing herself all over someone, she can stop half way through and say its rape?

    What if a girl tells me shes single and i have sex with her, only too find out after she has a boyfriend? Should i report her for raping me?

    Does it work both ways? if i bang a chick an wake up the next morning and shes pucked can i say i was raped because she looked grand the night before with all the make up and that! ive been deceptioned! lol

    Look I didn't make the laws, only laws that deal with the woman side come up on sites I visit, I don't read much about the male aspect as it has no real interest to me.

    That fact we have one section of law that favours women doesn't make up for the huge amount of others that favour men

    This is complete horse manure, please nobody believe it.

    Case law has definitively set out that there is a difference between consenting to the act of sex and consenting on foot of a promise; the girl is consenting to having sex and if the guy is lying then that is irrelevant as she has consented to having sex.
