They are simply meant to be table top devices.
Otherwise why not just make a custom frame, or pick up something the appropriate height and width from IKEA.

I got my MegaDrive 2 back from my sisters attic recently, but the power adapter is missing. Anybody know the best place to get one?

eBay or consolegoods? Make sure it's for the model 2 though as I believe the it's a different power supply than the model 1.

Crash, Spectrum magazine of the 80s is kickstarting a Christmas annual. I was always a Your Sinclair reader but I've backed this, so have to a good few others, hit it's target in under 24 hours.

yeah Batty was a free Breakout clone released on the front of the mag but was so good it could have easily been a full release game

It was the best breakout clone available, free or paid for. It's fantastic, it did feature on a compilation after but you could never buy it on its own in this neck of the woods. I still play it periodically ☺️

Watching a Spectrum doc, apparently the lads from Your Sinclair and Crash were best of enemies and used to make sure they got pitches next to each other at shows etc. Well according to the great Roger Kean and Oliver Frey anyway, they weren't so keen on Sinclair User and Kamikaze Bear though!

Crash got in a lot of trouble when they published a satire in their mag called "Sinclair Abuser" they had the right typeface and everything, priceless.

Here's a great article on "The Cover Tape Wars"

I joined retromags.com I think its a relatively new site with the aim of preserving game mags from around the world, scanned by its members.

I'm assuming everything is above board and there is no copyright infringement.

Excellent. There's also complete set of scans for Crash, Your Sinclair and the rest on Archive.org. Nothing quite like reading the original magazines though. Cost 2 or 3 pounds each to rebuy.

Yeah, hard as nails but a great little arkanoid clone.

I backed the Crash 2018 annual too. Despite being a Your Sinclair reader back in the day.:P

Great Video on the Spectrum 'tape wars' back in the day.

We haven't heard from Steve x2 in a few weeks now.

Hopefully he didn't blow himself up trying to modify that PSU for his Ridge Racer cab!

    Think I'm a bit boned.

Had a lot of stuff to bring home from America so got my friend to ship it to me. However he sent it by DHL and they are holding my stuff until I show them the value of the goods. Thing is I've not receipts or anything to show how much it is.

Find an ended ebay auction of similar stuff in the US, take a screenshot and send it on. I did this before and it worked :)

Fake a paypal statement. That's what I usually do, it's not new stuff so they cant prove what you paid for it.
Open your recent transactions and then use inspect element to change all the values/descriptions if needed and print as a PDF, hey presto, you just bought all that stuff for €50;)
