The rules are clearly different depending on the situation - like for example the throw in, isn't retaking - i'm sure the panel will clear it up at half time.

I remember a few years back henry and piers tried to do a smart penalty - and it didn't work out (they messed it up) - had piers taken a second touch on the penalty - i seriously doubt the ref would have let him retake the penalty.

Not to confident about Aguero as captain, it's actually the second week in a row i've gone against my original thought (sanchez) and followed the crowd.

Actually think you are right - i was flicking between sports and I thought it was a goal kick not a freekick that Hart was taking.

Goal kick it should be retaken again as the ball must travel outside the box before any other player hits it.
Free kick it should just be a freekick to the opposition from where Hart hit it a second time.
    Apols.

If you take a kickoff and play it backwards you get to retake the kickoff again, if you take a corner from outside the quadrant you get to retake it again even if goes straight to the opposition. Theres two examples to beat your one.

    From BBC:
    QPR 1-0 Manchester City
    Posted at 17:55
It appears that QPR should have been awarded a free-kick inside the penalty area when Joe Hart fluffed his free-kick.
I quote, from The FA Law 13
"Free kick taken by the goalkeeper
"If, after the ball is in play, the goalkeeper touches the ball again (except with his hands), before it has touched another player:
an indirect free kick is awarded to the opposing team, to be taken from the place where the infringement occurred."

Can't get a captain choice right at all this season, at least I own him I suppose.

Can a player get an assist if he has been substituted, e.g., gets injured when winning a freekick or penalty?

For QPR, the ref has made a balls of this game, while the ref may have gotten the two touch decision right, he then got it wrong given a retake of the free. Note that he noticed the 2 touched being on the half way line.

However when Aguero handballs - he doesn't notice it. (would have been extremely harsh, and i have Aguero so don't care) but with the amount of money pumped into the game, decisions like this really have to nearly have a tv ref.

Aguero looks sharp - hopefully gets another one.

City aren't even playing well yet this season. He'll be devastating if they can get some form going as a team.

City should have two yellows as well tbh. Ref is shafting QPR

Went with Costa as my captain over Augero just because both my rivals had Augero as captain even though they have Costa too.
