The ads is fairly good. But as said just say something like heater flaps, lcd screen, battery and glow plugs recently replaced no need for the advice or how its a common problem. Maybe it just me but although the car is very clean looking them pictures do absolutely nothing for it if I was looking for one and seen it Id keep flicking old Tarmac and concrete walls litter around the car. You just need to find a decent background and take some nice pictures which given your profession I'm sure will be easy enough for you.

If it has a spare key you could mention that too.
Best of luck with the sale.

Yeah the photos, in hindsight, are a bit sh*te. (although theres a reason for that - the cars not as clean at the moment as i'd like. Those photos were taken just after I cleaned it one time, but that was a fair few weeks back.. :o ).

I'll re-do the ad tomorrow with updated photos and a slightly revised description. hopefully it'll look a bit better.

Cheers to everyone for their feedback on it. Much appreciated.

I dont understand why it is a 50k car, I've never seen skylines (even the GTR ones) go for anything near that. Is it just the mods?

GTR's always go for a good bit and mods tend to add to that, especially by deluded lads :pac:

Oh, relatedly.. thought the price for listing the ad was good..

We've had this argument before remember :pac: I'm not really pushed colour wise, i just like the style of them

If I remember correctly, it was more of a discussion rather than an argument. :P

Very appropriate. I wonder, would it cost €1.06 to put up an ad for Peugeot 106? :pac:

Speaking of diesel at 114.9 Westport is still stubborn at 135.9 and petrol still mad at 144.9!!! Maybe the sign is broke, it would want to be. Never see anyone outside it though!

What? That doesn't sound right. I filled up in Castlebar yesterday @ €1.289, can't be that big of a difference between there and Westport... €1.389 max

Cheapest place usually is the Maxol on the way out of Castlebar, towards Westport. Anyway, I'll be there this evening so will see what's what. :P

Ya the Maxol place, Cosgrave's garage, is 121.9 today. The Westport one is about a mile out the Clifden road.

You want decent ones, the osram ledriving bulbs are the best. Pricey but worth it if it's a pain to get at your sidelamps. Ott for in cabin use though.

On a scale of one to ten, using a pie chart, has anyone here got any experience of Nissan Pathfinders? Around 2006-2008?

Wondering if they're a reliable piece of kit? Bulletproof? Or do they fall apart a lot?

My dad had one of the first navaras that came out in 2006 pathfinder is very similar engine gearbox a lot of other parts similar. Granted his one broke after 2 months and module went and it took the garage 3 months to get the part for it. It's was so new out they had no spare parts. He got an trail for the 3 months which wasn't as nice.

I know a farmer that has a pathfinder 2006 that gets a lot of abuse and he finds it reliable. But I'd swear I've heard that them 2.5 dci engines can cause trouble when they get on in age but I can't remember the exact fault. I recon a landcruiser 2005 onwards model would still be a better jeep they really are a serious machine.

Just got into Westport. Petrol was 133.9 in Texaco, 131.9 in Topaz and diesel was 125.9 at Top in the middle of the town.

They were **** new, most here have seen hard use, so they're even worse now. From someone who has worked on them from as young as a few months old; get a Landcruiser.
