Batch bread, proper butter, mustard, ham, cheese (swiss), onion and tomato. In that order. Then toasted, but not over toasted.

One solid bet for me this weekend lads is James O'Donoghue to be MOTM Kerry V Galway @ 9/2 with Lads

    Reasons:

1 - he's the best forward in the country.

2 - the game should be perfectly to suit. Galway and Kerry games are usually only played one way but even if Galway do drop men back like they did in the end against Tipp, they don't have the ability or discipline to do it effectively.

3 - Slippy ground and the wide open spaces will make him a nightmare to mark for an average fullback line.

i fully expect him to get goals and the MOTM

As Urban once said.. tmypotmygb :D

He's a good player alright alright, still a bit to go to be classed as best forward in the country though.
You've got at least 6 Dubs ahead of him anyway.

Nah, he's better than anything Dublin have. He's a more naturally talented version of Brogen. Gooch is the only player who I'd have on his level.

Anyone ever deal with a cashier in a bookies that makes a face when you cash your docket like she's taking it out of her own purse?

because I certainly have , but only one, an absolute hateful piece of work and the punters I chat to have said the exact same without me even mentioning it. So I know its not just me.

has anyone met someone like this or am I just lucky?

What annoys me is, they have no problem taking a bet from me. If I go up to collect winnings then they ask me for ID.

like a lot of them easy taking and stewards inquiry before they pay out.

Reminds me of the student race day in limerick. Had 20 on the winner in the first. I was slow getting back to the betting ring, few friends had already been paid out my the same bookie. I had to wait a good while for him to pay out
