    Even though the Canuck is a bit mad , the administration of this tax has been a catalogue of errors and probably some subterfuge by the councils , just wait till 'an bord uisce get going ' , liveline material for the next year.

    I reckon it's only a matter of time before the Government roll back on this crazy situation. It's gaining enough pace now to turn into a rerun of the medical card fiasco, and the Government ended up taking a bloody nose at the local and European elections. They won't want this to happen again.
