If you ever feel the need to hurt your head, dont bang it off a wall, just try dealing with your local council

Joe is listening to this in his drawing room in Clontarf with a glass of Courvoisier and a Cuban cigar, and banging his fist on the solid oak Queen Anne table because PBH let it slide.

Yes caller as much as the revenue are hard nosed basterds they have a bit of cop on and know you cant get blood from a stone. Our councils on the other hand are a bunch of money grabbing bullyboys who like to throw their weight around like the school bully

If he was just wanting to get on with his work and leave the financials to the accountant, perhaps he honestly thought the accountant was dealing with it - after all, why not? It's a reasonable assumption to make, especially if the accountant is paid good money to look after exactly this kind of stuff. I'd hazard a guess that he was making good enough money to not actually be bothered too much about a couple of hundred quid a year.

They can't even find a clip with Marian Finucane for The Marian Finucane Show. They have to use a clip with Aine Lawlor. Says it all really.
