    Welcome to the new thread for the Boards SoccerManager Draft League.

    It took a bit of doing but all 16 managers have now drafted their first 11 players, and so 176 picks later we are ready to enter into the next phase and the Gameworld has become a reality.

    Below is the final table of the drafted players, a masterpiece and an aid for making sure the remaining players we all need have not already been drafted!

    THE RULES
    • Players can only bid on their own drafted players and must ensure they sign these players as soon as possible.
    • A balance of £300Million has been given, which players need to manage to ensure they sign all their drafted players and also sign enough players to make the minimum squad size of 21 before the matches begin.
    • There is a maximum squad size of 30 players for your clubs First Team.
    • You can have as many players as you want in your Youth Team (U-21), when these players reach 22 they are automatically placed by the game in your First Team - you need to move them on or make room for them to ensure the Maximum First Team squad cap of 30 is adhered to. Players ages only change at the end of a season and so this cap needs to be met before Matchday 1 of each season.
    • Other than that the image below indicates the remaining Gameworld rules

    Where we are now:

    At the moment no manager is allowed to sign any player. The Gameworld is still not officially open and so at time of posting this no bids can be made anyway.

    As it stands Sunday 15th is the day when i predict we will be able to make bids on our drafted players, and no other players.

    Monday 16th is when i predict we will be able to bid on all remaining players, I don't think anyone should run out of money, but keep in mind you need to sign 21 players so try to budget and ensure no bidding war stifles your ability to do this.

    For both of these I will give word on this thread and by means of a GW PM to let people know that it is ok to go ahead with transfers.

    OK it is OK to go ahead with bidding on your drafted players ;)

    Just bid on mine, comes in at £152.5M so just over half.
