Just before the start of today's match, Marty Morrissey was asking questions like "Will Jason Ginbbons start midfield?" (He was already standing there for the throw in so why not just tell us!) and "Will Mayo employ a sweeper for James O'Donoghue?" (Why not tell us who was picking up O'Donoghue at the start? as it was off screen?!). I suspect he may have also told us that the teams were scoring in the opposite direction to which they were; I certainly expected the opposite way around from what he said but maybe I misheard him!

He compared O Connor to Michael Flatley at one stage. How this guy is nearly top commentator for GAA in RTE I'll never know.

If you want to know the answer:

Rte have no standards across the board. They are good at 1 thing: inceasing the license fee.

Tommy Carr has to go after today.Quite honestly it was an embarassing listening to him today, there are surely better people than him out there to do co - commentary.

Does Cillian O'Connor know someone in RTE. Good player and made some important contributions today but its getting beyond a laugh at this stage.

On the Galway v Monaghan Ladies Football highlights.

    "Monaghan missed a controversial penalty"

But for some unknown reason RTE decide that a missed penalty isn't worth showing in a highlight piece. You couldn't make it up.

They must have recorded the Kilkenny Galway camogie on a fisher price camera, terrible quality.

Very ignorant and incorrect tweet was read out on air, the tweet said would the NFL move the superbowl for a GAA match, first of all next weeks match has nothing to do with the NFL its the NCAAF, maybe RTE and your man who send the tweet in should do some research before making such stupid incorrect comments.

Are you allowed to handpass the ball into the net in camogie?

Also would the Camogie association not be far better served letting TG4 have the rights to their matches.Ladies football is on a lot on TG4 and they give it good coverage but RTE give camogie no coverage and only broadcast one game per year live which is very bad from in my opinion.

I can't understand why the camogie association would put up with this.

The pitch in Limerick didn't look great.Hopefully it's in better shape for Saturdays match.

Didn't think so myself especially in the first half but seem to be in the minority on that one so fair enough.

Colm Boyle was the best player on the pitch.

He played well but made some unforced errors (like the one that let James O'Donoghue in for a goal chance) to be considered MOTM. Also Kerry 1/2 forward line did lots of damage in 1st half.

Eamonn o Hara speaks the most on the Panel and acts as if hes the real expect. What did he win again playing football? Hes all talk but didnt do much in his playing career.

And then you have Pat Spillane who won everything and talks Shi'ite.

You don't have to win to know more.

He's from a weaker county, do you expect him to win an All-Ireland all by himself? Whelan and Early have the same amount of All-Irelands

Are you being serious? He was one of the best midfielders in the country for over a decade. It's hardly his fault he's from Sligo. He even managed to drag them to a Connaught title.

By the 'what have you won' logic not many people would be allowed have an opinion.

Im sorry but Spillane knows whats required to win. He won several AIs after all. O Hara is this so called expert but even with Sligo he was a very average player lets call a spade a spade.

Whelan and Early were far superior players.

What have you won? you're never short of an opinion anyway so you must have a few all Irelands in both codes.

It takes a team of good players to win. But Eamon didn't have many around him. Pat did.

Pat was also a better player than O Hara and so good that all the other Kerry forwards gelled together in perfect harmony.

I'm guessing (it's fairly obvious) you haven't seen much of O'Hara as a player
