I had a parcel go missing, they emailed me to say they sent out another one, but some stuff was missing. The refunded me for the missing things and gave me the €10 voucher.

About 3 weeks later I got a call from Athlone store saying they had a parcel for me that was sent to Blanch by mistake and could I come in and collect it.
