    Nobody has ever bought me a slab of beer as a present :(

    Fingal County Council are certainly not competent to be making decisions about the most important piece of infrastructure on the island. They need to stick to badly designed cycle lanes and deciding on whether Mrs Murphy can have her kitchen extension.

    Bank holiday coming up in August, so hope there are some good deals. Also hoping that SuperValu do the 12 cans for 10 or 12 euro, but also throw in the Bulmers in the offer.

    12 x 500ml cans of Bulmers for 10 euro is as good as it gets.

    Last time (a couple of months ago) they were that price I stocked up for the summer, I should have bought a lot more.

    You’re not wrong there, I have loads of the stuff from the dunnes special offer of 2 slabs for €50,and then the special offer in SuperValu 12 cans for €10 and not a drop left in the house

    Any deals in Dunnes on spirits? They never seem to advertise deals online, and have no online shop so can't scan prices... usually went bargain hunting in Tesco for that reason but as they're no longer taking the vouchers... needs must.

    Depends what you're looking for. There's a sale on some premium gins and whiskeys at the moment, eg a fiver off Dingle gin, reducing it to €31ish.

    According to their Ad in the local paper they have €5 off selected Gins. The picture shows Bombay, Tanqueray, Beefeater, Gunpowder, Cork Dry, Hendricks, Shepherds Purse and Gordon's.

    Dunnes have crates of Carlsberg for €27, may not be a lot of stock around, nice if you have a voucher and are getting 2.
