    Just after seeing this thread.

The posts, for the most part, are within the rules. Yes it's emotive, but people have discussed their opinion/point of view and mostly kept within the rules.

However there seems to be a growing trend of people derailing threads from the get go with legal talk, accusations of wrong doing, and a truck load of assumptions. This is counter productive, disruptive to the forum, and the polar opposite to the function of the forum. Whether this is intentional or accidental is inconsequential. It will be treated as purposeful disruption of the forum (IOW - trolling) and be dealt with as such.

It is understandable that people wish to highlight such issues, but it is not to be done in a accusational manner, and should only be done to highlight a point and not as a sick with which to "beat"" the other poster or to throw yet more allegations in their direction.

To be clear. The Mods are responsible for the maintaining of the forum. If there is a problem or a perceived issue then the person should use the report post function - report.gif - give your reason for concern, and let a mod deal with it. What we are NOT is An Gardaí. By that i mean we are not responsible for what people do outside the confines of discussion on this forum. Also, posting about what that person should do or acting as a Mod is not permitted (no back seat modding) so again use the report post function where you see a problem and let a Mod deal with it..

If you see a problem post use the report post function. Click on the three dots on the post, select "FLAG" & let a Moderator deal with it.
