Kolarov and yaya probably nailed on to get a .2 rise now. Welcome aboard until you do chaps.

No more games now till 11th Jan, with 10 days to get injured in between. Don't rush the wildcards!

Activate them straight away if you are using it this GW. You can change continuously for the ten days.

Surely Fernandinho will find his way into a lot of wildcard teams. He's got 1.5% ownership, he looks as much a scoring threat from open play as Yaya and he's a nailed on starter in midfield in the most prolific team ever in the premier league. He started the year at 8m and now he's 7.3. I don't think i'll wildcard until later in the month as i'm happy with almost all of my current team but I may still get him in next week at a 4 point hit.

I got him two weeks ago and straight out in the wildcard. the team has 55 goals. He has three. Better options out there at that price

You could definitely use that .9 to upgrade McCarthy, or to downgrade McCarthy and use the excess cash to upgrade Rodriguez.

I've been very impressed with him lately, he's certainly getting into better positions than he was earlier in the season, those three goals have been in the last five games and he's been unlucky not to have a few more in that time. I'm very tempted by him anyway at that price.

    Anybody considering Coleman to Baines?

Any updates on Ramsey and Aguero are fit/back again?

Wildcard activated. I was deadset on bringing in Silva for Toure by the start of the next gameweek (while getting Toure's increases and Silva's decrease/s) but now I'm half looking at keeping Toure.

Baines 13% ownership is surely mostly zombies, everybody has Coleman now and very few will double up on them surely at those prices, he'll probably come in on a number of wildcards but the Everton clean sheets(or lack of) is very worrying.

Think I'll have to play WC tonight. Lukaku has had his last chance too.

Draft for my wildcard - thoughts? I'm not convinced, particularly with gk's/backline. Thinking of playing 3-5-2 or 3-4-3 depending on the week. Behind by about 40 points in the league so I know I can win with a little bit of change

    Mannone (4.4) McGregor (4.5)

    Koscielny (5.4) Chesters (3.9) Ward (4.1) Coleman (5.8) Williamson (4.4)

    Yaya Touré (9.3) Oscar (8.7) Lallana (7.1) Navas (8.3) Cabaye (6.7)

    Rooney (11.2) Suárez (13.0) Rodriguez (6.1)

This leaves 0.2 in the bank

A lot of love in this forum for Mannone. Sunderland are terrible and still probably go down. I can't see too many clean sheets from them.

I'm slowly rising up the rankings, should be in the top 200k by the end of this gameweek. I was going to leave my wildcard but I'm very tempted to use it now. What do people think?

    Going from this:

    bu78.png

    To this:

    gw9d.png

This leaves me 1.2m in the bank, but will prob do Silva -> Hazard which will leave me with .2m.

Also, the 11 days to increase my value as people knee jerk to the FA Cup and the likes. My one concern is having no City attacking cover, but I can't afford Silva and Hazard, and I think Hazard is definitely worth it, not sure about that one.

But, but he's had 5 clean sheets in his 10 games, seems todays goal was a defensive cock up as well, great fixtures for the next 5 weeks as well, great business at the moment in my opinion for 4.4m.

Even when he doesn't keep a clean sheet, he's good for save bonuses.

Where is it again that it shows you how much you brought a player in for? thanks.

Just click on Data View when looking at your team

I'll probably get him myself as back up to Szcz. He'll not play but I'll need somebody for rotation if I sell Szcz at any stage and there isn't great options out there for cheap money.

I've 2 FTs at the minute and quite happy with my squad in general, so I can't see myself playing the WC until the end of the month. I'd also be one of those in favour of getting rid of it tbh. There should only be one WC available, playable whenever the user wishes.

What suggestions would you have to upgrade or downgrade to

Aiming for something like the below now when I play it, I've changed it about 100 times I know :pac: I'll likely switch Clyne though. If only Aguero was fit now I'd be primed to pull the trigger.

Well, rather than having 2 relatively weak FF players in Rodriguez and McCarthy, you could go completely weak with 1 of them and bring in 1 really strong player. You're not going to need 8 attacking players ever. You have to have 3 defenders.

You could ditch McCarthy for that 4.1 Villa midfielder and with only a small bit of value tinkering get Remy.

Alternatively, you could go the other way, get rid of Rodriguez for Chamakh, and afford Ramsey, Lallana or Cabaye.

I'm not a fan of going for 1 really weak cheap player myself, but it is a better option than having to go for 2 relatively weak 1s due to a lack of value in the team.

Chelsea defence have really got their act together lately, I'd been looking for the right time to dump Terry but I think I'll be keeping him now, hasn't been in the goals enough but that will change I'd say.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,268 ✭✭✭IsMiseMyself

To-ing and fro-ing between going with 3-5-2 or 3-4-3. That determines what I do next. Half-tempted by 3-5-2, but that depends on Eriksen maintaining the bit of form he seems to have found. 3-4-3 is gonna be capped off with Aguero, Rooney, and then Ade, probably. Hm.

I'm definitely keeping him now. He was very close to being shipped but decent returns means I've forgotten those plans.

It's only a matter of time until he scores a goal some GW and scores big too.

I'm gonna downgrade to Cahill, he's .7m cheaper.
