If the guy focused on the artist angle he could get her to open up how she wants to express herself with art, how she sees the world, the paintings she has made, her favorite artists, the famous museums and artists she has seen, did she paint still life, is she free spirited, does she take risks, did she paint nude men at art college, does she want to paint another man nude...

If the guy focused on the Switzerland you could get her talk about chocolate, money, cuckoo clocks, mountain climbing, Lake Geneva, the great outdoors, the German and French languages, skiing, how much she likes men who yodel and men in leather shorts...

If the guy focused on the cinema you could get her talking about movies she likes, her favourite romantic movies, her biggest movie star crush, would she like to be an actress, would she do nude scenes...

Very nice to talk to you. I gotta go. My friends are waiting. I'll see you around.

In fairness, talking about cinema, the country she's from etc is reasonable, but leave the "nude" stuff out of it, as that's about as subtle as a sledgehammer. The rest of the post though, I'd be concerned about the state of mind of someone who would talk to anyone like that.

Plus on top of that, the PUA guys would be laughing at this stuff as that's not what they seem to be about now, or for quite a while from what I gather. I was PUAed in the park a few weeks ago and I literally had to jog to get away from him.


I understand many men have problems with women and I pity the decent ones but PUA is creepy and personally, if I suspected a man was using such techniques, I'd run a mile. I suppose I'm not all women though and it must work on some although you'd wonder how these women can't see through what a total act it is.

It'd be nice if there was an alternative to PUA that focused on treating women like human beings and equals.

Women are human too ? :eek:

Confident posture and body language, be natural and steer the conversation to something you can talk about but in a natural way, rather than be walking in a park and approach a girl walking her dog, and start talking about you're stamp collection within 10 seconds of the chat.

I've always been very hit and miss with women, and never did well in the likes of coppers, where even quasimodo can 'supposedly' have his pick. As a 31 year old man, I have gained confidence through life experience, where I don't rely on techniques, tend to just 'be myself', and basically don't need the ego boost anymore.

PUAs know how to manipulate, If they get the girl then fair play. How women fall for that claptrap though i'll never know
