Yeah, code is fine. Keep getting "you are not eligible for this offer". Was told by customer service that it is only for UK. Even though on the offer page it shows € and all you guys are using it fine

Just got this myself, I had a previous account and it wasnt allowed on that.

Cleared cache, changed browser to chrome, re-registered my gmail address using the "." trick someone mentioned earlier and the order went through no problem.

Also for anyone who is worried about image quality, the last one I ordered was in black and white and was medium quality according to the website - theres a pic uploaded earlier in the thread that shows the quality - pixellation was barely noticable. I don't know if that would hold as well in colour though.

Just ordered another two to go with my first one, trying to restrain myself from ordering a fourth !

If you have the Chrome browser try using an incognito window. I think that worked for me back in December. Worth a try with any other browser's private browsing feature as well.

I've been uploading jpegs, less than 10MB in size with exact A0 aspect ratio for the 45" X 30" poster and am getting an error saying the image could not be accepted???

Anyone else figure out a resolve for this?

Same as this, uploaded a photo of 13500 x 9000 pixels under 10mb and it was successful, my second one won't upload now and neither will the first one when I retry it.

    Very frustrating

Yes I was the same. 13500 X 9000, 310dpi Baseline Standard exported from Photoshop. I can understand now why my image wasnt being accepted as it had nearly 125million pixels!! :0

I was in touch with them. They told me that anything over 3000pixels (longest side) will print perfect and that their printer prints at 264dpi. I re-adjusted my image down to 4000pixels, longest side and 264dpi. It was only 3 meg, but got the "Good Quality" thumbs up at the top of the page.

    Hope this helps :)

code not working for me still. Whats this "." trick someone mentioned? I tried Ignito on Chrome and still getting this: "Sorry, you're not eligible to use this offer. Ref. 8142"

if you use gmail or hotmail easiest thing is to add +vendor after your original address

    example:

    Original email

    joebloggs@gmail.com

    Retailer account

    joebloggs+photobox@gmail.com

it all goes to your original email address

I got 5 of these today too. Quality is pretty impressive. Did a quick job mounting them with some blutak but I think I would like to mount them at least on some thin plyboard or something.

    Got my prints today.

For anyone else who bought it GrabOne have a framing deal for a dublin company- link
    €29 for a €80 voucher.

I phoned them and they said framing a 30" by 40" photo would cost about €140, would be dry mounted. So with the voucher it'd be about €89 (€29 for €80 value voucher & remaining €60).
    Tell them Patrick sent you.
