They monitor both lanes. I was caught twice, 2 hours apart because I thought they only monitored oncoming traffic. It was a 50km/h zone, first time I was doing 56 and the second time, 58. To be honest, I think it was a bit much to get points for that. Fine, it was over the limit but come on!

The private ones can even monitor 7 lanes at a time.

No idea what it means MM was hoping someone here might! Yeah id be the 7th owner, she was away in Oz for a while and then her brother was driving it so maybe they changed ownership or something

she did just email me receipts from mister auto for her for tbelt waterpump, tie rods and sachs clutch

It'd worry me that it's only really being taxed for 3 months at a time, particularly when it only costs ~400 per year. Add to that it was off the road for a year...

Not necessarily. No tax doesn't mean that it was off the road.
Mine wasn't taxed from October 2010-August 2013, yet it was certainly on the road.
Some people prefer to pay tax quarterly.

she emailed me her motorcheck report from 2011 and nothing shows but she said it would explain why she had to buy a new fan and battery for it when she bought it. i said in a fair way, a cat c is worth significantly less than a non cat c so unless theres a big reduction i wont be buying and that i didnt expect her to anyway cos theres always some pleb that will come along and buy it for full price without checking
