Been out and about today and came across a rather quiet housing estate with some incredible examples of auto****e in almost every garden and I started thinking to myself you just don't seem to see many older cars on the roads these days. I even notice 96 reg cars are thinning out on the roads today, I'll always take notice…

The size of the merc 190 (3 series, audi 80 junior exec class 30 years ago) compared to the 308, and the other (Passat? ) Yoke beside it.

Looks like a little dinky car beside them! The Merc was considered a biggish car back in its day too so shows how much they’ve grown

Nice to see one with an appropriate number plate (although even this one is some 20 years late).

There is a new(ish) one driving around D2 area, driven most likely by some Russian knacker. They seem to like the cars that look the same for million years. Lada experience and all that

Could it be a kit car of sorts?
