Thats the way it should be too, lads are on SM enough to know what clubs are free, no need for advertising at all in my view, existing managers should be pro active when it comes to applying for new jobs

Right so, as Athletic Bilbao were not applied for within the 24 hours, the position can be offered on a first serve basis. However, as ryand14 only has 6 posts, he must satisfy another certain condition as per the charter.

There's one thing that I must get people to clarify. Obviously as ryand14 won promotion from Division 4 meaning he could apply for any vacancy regardless of how many posts he had, how long do we want this amnesty to be prolonged for? Indefinitely? Or are we just going to allow users (like ryand14 in this case) to successfully apply for any club once, requiring them to get promoted again in order to apply for another?


I just want to clear this up now while it's not an imminent issue.

I was under the impression that once a manager managed a D4 team for a period of time (a season say??) the were able to apply for whatever gig was available no? Regardless of post count

Initially lads I wanted the "new managers" too have so many posts too prove they were genuine. We had another manager recently (can't remember who) but he had 20 boards posts but like 300 sm credits so I gave him the job. I think from now on wilberto your own common sence will apply. Once you have no suspicion of duplicate accounts give who ever you think the jobs!
