A few other forums have this, so thought I would give it a go here.
So basically, if you've just splashed out on golf gear, make us all jealous here!

I bought 3 new oil can vokeys at the weekend, 52, 56 and 60.
A bit of an extravagant purchase, but I never spend money on clubs so decided to treat myself. ( I also had a large gap from 48PW to 56 SW so needed to fill that...dropped a 3i...no loss there :D)

Just ordered the Nike Covert Performance driver with the Kuro Kage Silver 60 Shaft from the Tour model. Its a "custom" order so still waiting for it to arrive. Didnt like the Black 50 shaft that came standard in the performance model at all. It looked great but was too whipy. Pity they cant just swap the shafts in the store for you.

I figured the driver has been going so well for McIlroy it must be worth a try :D

Bought one of these last week, goes like a bullet, set for B2 for a bit a a draw more than a fade. €179, could have got it cheaper elsewhere but had credit for the pro-shop so only had to pay about 60 quid.

Yeah, they're tricky enough alright, and putting isn't exactly my strong point. :( Some long par 3s as well. 191 yards and 179 yards from the whites. Practice areas are sufficient and the new clubhouse is very nice. Delighted with that deal tbh.

Not cheaper, but I don't think there's much in it after the conversion.
There may be no difference at all if you have to factor postage.

Bought my first ever irons :D

    nike-vr-pro-cavity-irons.jpg

Got them for €250 in Halpenny's. Budget was up to €350 but the guy in the shop advised me on these with a stiff shaft. Golf Pride grips, True Temper shafts. Hit them yesterday, the trajectory is very high relative to the old clubs I was hitting and there is a bit more distance. Had hit them previously as my mate has them but still getting used to the higher trajectory.

Nice putter, would like one of those myself. Can you get them with a bigger offset? Each manufacturer has their own numbering system which is a pain tbh.

Hope you sink your balls into many holes with it!

The black dot is for a slight arc, which is what I have according to their app. As for offset, I'm not sure, mine is standard. 80 in McGuirks though at the moment. No better time to get it. As soon as I saw the price I was all over it. Mate has one and I've got it a load of times. Great weighting (anything would feel great compared to the Bullseye) and love the metal finish.
