    Really?

    I really can't stand Barnes.

Faletau has actually had a great game, especially in the 2nd half. Only issue is Gatland has clearly made up his mind at 8, otherwise SOB would've played 8 for the final period and let Faletau get a breather.

TBH Heaslip has been the better tourist, fully deserves to start the 1st test.

How clueless are the commentators that they don't realise that?

I know, I agree he has played grand today. But I don't think he will oust Jamie.

there is some sort of weird obsession with getting Faleteau in the Test team.

how in Christ's name has he shaded Heaslip as a result of today?

am I stupid? what are these "experts" seeing that none of us seem to see. even with a degree of green spectacles on, i don't see how that conclusion can be arrived at.

Lions didn't even look close to winning before the bench was emptied, if anything this has shown the strength of the test bench

Don't you nave to be winning to be able to close out a game?

Jake White's resumé keeps improving. Wonder what job he has his sights set on once he's done with the Brumbies.

Fair play to them. Deserved the game.

Congrats to the Brumbies, well deserved victory.

Dunno about that: they came on having to chase the match with a backline fresh off the plane. Not ideal conditions really.

Ah you can only be happy for the Brumbies.

Poor performance by the pack in the first half was the biggest factor in that result.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,663 ✭✭✭Cork24

All in all very poor performance. on the Lions side, it was only in the last 15 min or so they showed some kind of spark. But the power of Bus pack took its toll on the Lions just hope that, we don't see kind of performance on Saturday.

Now take this Loss and taste it and make sure it never happens within the 3 test.

Missed to-many kicks during the game
