Tried to order one from BT today for a friend. Girl took my name and number told me she will ring me tomorrow or mon to see if they get extra stock. So looks like their orig allocation has been snapped up.

Im sure that wouldnt be a problem for most stores, they would just offer it to whoever is next on the preorder list.

Seeing as they got such a big allocation for launch you can count on them getting a good lot more in before Christmas. If you're looking for one before Xmas BT's will be a good bet.

It was confirmed yesterday that I'm only getting the solus PS4 . I'm going to try to get the gamer bundle next week .If I get it I will sell my solus . I've rang BT and was too late for the mega bundle (I was working on my car today) ,but they took my name and will give me a buzz next week. I have a sneaky feeling though that there will be lots of consoles around next friday if you know where to look. I will know on thursday for definite if my target will have mega bundle for sale on launch day . fingers crossed.

Pretty annoyed with myself now to be honest. Had one secured for launch and gave the pre-order to a mate as I have a work pc that doubles up as a gaming rig. Got a job in the U.K and am starting pretty soon I think but it involves a good bit of travelling. Ps4 would have been ideal. Doesn't look like I'll be gaming much until ps4's come back into stock.

Anyone order a bundle from Amazon on or after the 14th of November getting a delivery date?

Customer Service assured me I was in the after release date but before Christmas group. I would be happier if I had a delivery estimate though.

It's gas, a few week ago I wasn't to pushed getting a PS4, more than happy to wait until after Christmas to get one. Now though it can't come quickly enough!

All bundles state before christmas in description and all single consoles say after christmas so unless that hasn't been updates I would guess you would be ok for before christmas. Amazon will get more allocation than anyone else aswell so unless you can pick one up locally or willing to pay extra 100 or 200 on adverts or donedeal its your best bet.

The solus console is a bit of a rarity at the moment, so if that is the one you ordered you will not get one till after Christmas, but if you got a bundle you should get it before christmas.

Has anyone who preordered with Smyths heard anything yet? I was told on phone on Friday, I should get one at launch. But they seemed very unsure. After I rung them. Said he'd ring back to confirm. But never did. And it's near impossible to get them on phone.

Be nice to hear if people have been told anything yet. Also when did they ring to tell people they were getting xbox ones.

I just rang smyths in Galway and guy said that they will contact ppl either today or tomorrow. I have preordered mine 25th of august and he said for 95% i will get mine on friday. So anyway waiting for a call from them.

Got a response from Sony Ireland when I asked about xtravisions or any other stores forcing the purchase of additional accessories when purchasing ps4's.

Don't know where people are getting that info on the Solus package. I have been assure from my local GAME stores manager that it is utter bull**** the solus.is not any rarer than a kz bundle. They have ordered equal.amounts of both as they are there making own bundles. Smyths has also told me this as well. They both reckon its an online sites thing wanting more money from people getting bundles. Probably Sony giving more soluses to. Brick and mortar stores I reckon. Just waiting on the confirmation call from smyths on when to pick mine up got call 2 weeks ago asking what I wanyed. Said souls she ok we will contact you near the 29th never heard a peep since.
