    Apparently the people in the Res office have no communication with the IT people so don't know what time it will open..

    So I was just told by someone who rang.

    Looks like they're randomizing the start time to prevent all the spots being taken up early and server flooding. Also "technical difficulties" with the phone line most likely involves someone at the res offices cutting the phone line with a scissors to avoid the backlash. Basically they are a bunch of mongs over at ucd residences

    I'm in Canada, its currently 5am, and I've been doing this since 4am; I just called them and they said, that they have no idea what time it will open...

    I have to go to work in a couple hours, does anyone know what time it usually opens at?

    I was getting a 403 forbidden msg, just means the server dropped you. If you refresh (which i'm sure you have), you will see that nothing has changed.
