Just put a bit on Van Rooyen e/w for interest.

Birdies on the first two holes, that's the stuff.:D Whatever you did on the last day of the Irish Open Erik, just do the opposite.:p

Kind of regret cashing out on rose now he's club house lead. Still have money on tiger, Rory and molinari so can't complain too much

How far down the final standings do Paddy Power pay out on? Can never work it out with ties etc :D

Any thoughts on the Open tomorrow? Gone with Patrick Reed at 48.0 and Danny Willett at 240 on Betfair, also did them to finish top 10 at 5.6 and 21.0.

Small stakes just to have a bit of interest.

No joy but got terrific value out of Willett at 240.0, especially the top ten at 21.0

The fun hasn't stopped yet so neither will I. The PGA is only 2.5 weeks away, will prob be my next golf bet.

If your bet was online before tee off then they were paying top 10 at fifth odds

List was great for 2 days, but dropped his cacks day 3
Haotong was excellent after day 3, but dropped his cacks day 4

And yes, I really thought Fritelli would do well. He showed good form in Ireland and has been very solid all season

2€ ew on Chapell 200/1 3 tied for 6th. Is it
    €2÷3 × 200/5 ? So 66c × 40?

Sorry thought I posted my bets on Wednesday but obviously didnt. My bad. Had Ricky, Rory, rose and tiger. Cashed out in rose and Rickey Sunday morning and lumped that on mollinari at 12/1

    Did Good...

    Molinari @ 28/1

Had Finau at 66/1 (due to him taking photo with my son..see other thread)

    Rose and Speith..

    All good

The narrower a man’s mind, the broader his statements.

Got €50 and change back, asked the cashier but she hadn't a clue. Anybody? She said onscreen he was 200/1.

Not sure How you managed €50+ back.

Who was the bet with? PP for example were paying 10 places at 1/5 so no dead heat rule.

Above is slightly wrong for 1/5 the odds and 6 places

Only your Place part won so
    €1/3 x (200/5) = €13.53

    For a place(no Dead heat ) 1/5 of 200-1 = €41 back

Looks like you might of got 1/4 odds on a place and paying at least 9 places giving back €51

    I thought I backed top 7 with PP in-house. I'm not complaining!
I had €2 e/w a stake of €4, I thought it would've been €2÷3 and possibly 1/4 the odds....still doesn't add up. I had Reed Dunne and Thomas on the same docket which brought in nothing.
    Either way, I legged it:-)

There was 3 players Tied 6th.
They were paying 7 places (10 places only online).

    It was €2 (*2/3) * 200/5 = €53.33 (+ stake) return

    Does this make sense

I understand how now and I'd say thats exactly what I got, just shoved it in my pocket( some dog race was about to go in the traps and the usual scuffle was just kicking off).

    Why 2/3 of €2 though?

So the golfers that came T6 were technically 6th, 7th & 8th, and as they were paying 7 places, they paid you out on 2/3rds of T6th.

    7 Places, 3 tied for 6th (6th/7th/8th) so 3 tied for 2 places in bet (6th/7th)

Steak/Number Tied x No. of places tied for
