That guy was released, not a suspect. Wrong place wrong time etc.

Innocent guy, they probably stripped him to make sure he wasn't concealing an explosive (They were probably aware that the suspects were wearing them at that point).

He was released shortly afterwards, though.

I don't think this is the case, they'll probably know why they did it, but they won't be able to bring them to justice for it, if the above is true.

If Suspect 2 is the kid who went missing a month back then they already checked his computer and found nothing. They did find a note that they refused to release when he vanished which may give an indication as to what he was planning.

Can anyone confirm if Suspect 2 is actually the kid who vanished a bit back?

my cousin lives around the corner, heard nothing from him in a while because they had to shut off the networks incase a bomb was triggered.he was locked in his house with the lights off. I just hope they put these guys out of action asap before anyone else gets caught up in it.

Lot's of focus on what the nationality of the suspects are.

Also on the street reporter/presenter "Bill", actually offers his own opinion about them being terrible people that kill children, and how it would be ironic if one was killed by one of their own pressure cooker bombs.

Photographs have shown they look very alike & a girl claiming to be a previous class mate of his identified a photo of suspect #2 as Sunil trapathi and reported it on twitter. He was also mentioned on reddit but posts were deleted. Just social media speculation at the moment, I don't think anything official has been released.

They're fairly locking large areas down, no businesses are to be opened, no traffic, no public transport.

They're boxing him in and apparently the streets are littered with explosives (bomb disposal units and robots sent in all over the place.)

And there's nothing wrong with that. My therapist reckons my anxiety disorder is greatly worsened by the news, she says it's a common issue to have, especially nowadays when it's really hard to get away from the constant stream of live updates. I feel so much better having forced myself to stop checking the news multiple times a day.

Anyway, I hope they get the second guy alive so we can find out why they did this.
